Board of Directors- executive committee

Dorothy works for the SIU Dental School and is the parent of client who attends our CDS program.  She later joined the Board of Directors in 1996 and has served as Treasurer and President.

P.J. retired as President at Jun Construction in 2016 and his dedication to the community and the client's we serve, he joined the board in 2019.

Nick is a retiree of Lewis and Clark Community College and has served on the board since 1985. He has held both 1st and 2nd Vice President Positions and served as President in 2008.

Mark worked as a CPA with arc and later started a firm called Franklin & Vaughn LLC and has served on the board since 2005.

Laura joined the board in 2020 and is a graduate of Marquette High School.  She volunteers at our school 

Linda has served on the board in 1977 and worked for the Catholic Children's Home in Alton from 1985 to 2011 as a teachers assistant and Communications Assistant.  Her daughter Angela, attended and graduated from our school and later attended the Community Day Service program in Alton.  

Terry is a retired Art teacher and joined the board in 1977 and intermittently throughout the years and rejoined in 2021. Terry is the Father of the late John "JT" Dossett, who painted works of art such as "Angel of Hope" and "Paw Paw's Old Glory".  John attended our School program and our Community Day Service Program (CDS).

Rocky Is president and CEO of EVCO National, INC since 1976. Rocky joined the arc board in 1997 and has served as Vice President and President as of 2023.

Jim is a retired engineer and he and his late wife, Linda, have been life long supporters of the agency. Their daughter is a resident in our CILA program.  Jim joined the board in 2004.

Jeanne joined the agency in 1978 as a part-time secretary for the school and later became the administrative assistant to the Executive Director.  In 2014, she retired from the agency and later joined the board in 2017.

Stephani worked at our School as a case manager in 1982 and retired in 2011. After her retirement she joined our board in 2020.

David has a career in sales and joined the board in 2020 and his daughter is a graduate of our school and attends our CDS program.

Dr. Robinson MD is a graduate of Northwestern University and has practiced medicine in the Alton area for over 45 years.  He joined the board in 1989 and his wife, Dr. Janice Robinson, MD, consults with our Infection Control Committee annually.

Shirley has been a board member for 45 years and during her tenure, she has helped lead the annual Dance Fundraiser that has raised thousands of dollars for the agency.  Her late daughter was a client at our CDS program.
