For individuals referred, case coordination activities include the initial intake and assessing the needs of an individual to develop a service plan. This plan may include but is not limited to residential, medical, financial, day programs, and ongoing family support services. For those determined to require numerous components, the Family Support Unit will provide ongoing casework services to each individual. Those services are listed below and are offered based on individual needs and choices. Acting as representative payee of Social Security administered funds advocacy for the individual's rights, serving as liaison to other social services entities Promoting each individual's ability to maintain their most minor restrictive position in the community.

Our Family Support Unit program assists over 200 families with home base support. This program is operated by six brilliant and caring individuals who share over 10 years of experience together as a team and 20-40 years of dedication to arc and the families we serve. These ladies go above and beyond for their clients and the agency.
