Chad joined the team in 2010 as Assistant Executive Director and became Executive Director in 2019.

Rosjean Custer - CILA Program Director
Rosjean joined arc in November of 1993 as a Residential QMRP and moved into the position as Program Director in 2011.

Carla Crawford - Family Support Unit Program Director
Carla joined in 2006 as a Service Facilitator and later that year became the Program Director.

Theresa Leese - Community Day Service Program Director
Theresa began in 1990 as a Program Coordinator and became the Program Director in 2017.

Jessica Walton - Principal/Program Director
Jessica joined the team in 2018 as a teacher to our school. She was promoted to Vice Principal in 2020 and became Principal in 2022.
Nita Whitten - Fiscal Director
Nita came to arc in 2008 and was later promoted to Fiscal Director in 2020.

Verva Davis - Human Resources Director
Verva joined the team in October of 2021. She has a long career in Management and Human Resource and carries a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration.

Joe Crawford
Joe started at arc in 1988 as assistant to maintenance that was ran by his Father. in 2003 he was promoted to Supervisor and in 2020 became Physical Plant Director.

Dr. Frederic Golden, PhD
Dr. Golden has a PhD in Clinical Psychology and joined arc as a consultant back in 1977 and has seen the growth of our agency throughout the years. He assists our Program Directors with consultations and sessions with our clients.
Alexandria Womack - Administrative Assistant
Alex joined the team in August 2021 and assists the Executive Director.
